2. Chubby’s Neighborhood Cafe

Chubby’s is a local Utah favorite, and we are thrilled they are opening a location in St. George! From burgers to cheesesteaks and po boys, their sandwiches are big and oh-so-delicious. They also serve fish and chicken baskets, barbeque sandwiches, buffalo wings, salads, and more. Originally founded in Hawaii, Seven Brothers was actually started by a family of 7 brothers, and the local charm still clings to every new location. Their unique twist on a burger joint has taken the state of Utah by storm, with 8 locations either open now or coming very soon, including one in St. George. Combining Hawaiin and Soamoan flavors and the classic burger, each of their creations is one-of-a-kind! The Teri-Samoa burger, for example, features a thick burger patty dipped in thick caramelized teriyaki sauce and piled with crispy strips of bacon, grilled pineapple, American cheese, and house sauce.
