Beautifully decorated with very nice high-end furniture, this vacation rental will please the eye and all your needs. There are two indoor living spaces each with a fold-out sofa and TVs. The bright new kitchen offers all you need to prepare and serve up your family's favorite meals. Don't forget the grill on the deck for added meal prep options. The dining room table will seat 6 with additional seating at the kitchen bar for three. The buffet holds cards and board games for hours of family competition and fun. Also on the main floor, you will find a master with a queen-size bed, TV, large walk-in closet, and double sinks in the beautiful bathroom. There is a half bath for added convenience.
The second level boasts another master with a King-size bed, TV, and it steps out to a balcony to enjoy the day or the evening stars. The bath has double sinks, a tub, and a shower too. The bunk room has a twin over a full and a twin trundle, so it can sleep up to 4. There is a desk and a TV and you can step out to the deck and relax outdoors. Across the hall is another bathroom. The washer and dryer are located just down the hall.
The bonus loft is Detroit-themed, roomy, and offers comfy furniture to relax and watch some TV on. There is a mini-fridge for your convenience as well. You may want some cool drinks as you step out to this awesome deck. Comfy patio furniture galore! Your key fob will also grant you access to the Springs Social Spa, an oversized hot tub area located on the corner of Marilla and Akoya Pearl Street. This is a gated area that a limited number of properties will have access to. The spa hours are 10 am to 10 pm.
