Stay was perfect for family gathering of 15. Room for everyone and great kitchen. Every possible thing needed in kitchen. Pool small but provided great place to cool off and commune as family. Also nice community pool with 3 minute walk. We did Zion NP, Bryce Canyon NP, Snow Canyon SP, Sand Hollow SP, Horseshoe Bend and Wire Pas Trail slot canyons all from the great home base.

Amazing home away from home. Plenty of room for all 7 of us with room for more. Comfortable beds, and beautifully decorated house. Loved both the house pool and community pool. Will return again!

Absolutely loved our stay here!!! The home was beautifully decorated and thoughtfully designed. We very comfortably fit our group of 19 with multiple large group gathering spots. Each family got their own spacious bedroom and bathroom. We had several kids in our group and was very impressed by the amenities to accommodate young kids, I.e. bunk room for six, a large stack of children’s reading material, pool toys/noodles, a pack and play, etc. The private pool area was a great gathering spot, and nice and heated for the winter time. We also got to enjoy the pickleball courts which were across the street. Would gladly stay here again.

Awesome group vacation home! My entire extended family was able to stay under one roof for a family reunion and we were close to all the best of Southern Utah. Short easy trips to Zion, Sand Hollow, Quail Creek, St. George, and Tuacahn. This home has multiple gathering places for the whole family both indoors and out. The private pool was awesome and really sets this unit apart from others in the community. Huge kitchen and dining area with all the essentials, so many great en suite bedrooms I lost count, and great community amenities like a pool, lazy river, bbq area, pickle ball and basketball court. It was the perfect place for our large family and we’ll absolutely be booking here again.

This beautiful home easily accommodated our large group of several families. It is very new and was immaculately clean. It is very tastefully furnished and decorated and served as a super comfortable home base as we enjoyed many of the activities the area has to offer. My kids had a blast walking in the Zion Narrows which, luckily, had recently opened again. We enjoyed other hikes in the area, visiting Sand Hollow Reservoir, and a night at Tuacahn. The clubhouse pool was great for spending the hot hours of the day. My son loved playing air hockey in the clubhouse as well. We also really enjoyed the home's private pool, a very rare find, along with the stunning mountain views, which can be seen from the balcony and the pool since it is an end unit. The home felt very roomy, with tons of storage and plenty of seating for meals and conversation, indoors and out. The kitchen was very well-equipped with everything we needed for meal preparation and more than enough tableware to accommodate everyone. We would absolutely love to stay again in the future!

We had the best time! The home is new and beautifully furnished and the proximity to Zion and other amenities was great. We've stayed at many rental houses over the years as part of 2 large families and this was definitely the most comfortable house we've ever stayed in. All of the bedrooms were huge and it was really nice to have ensuite bathrooms in almost every bedroom. It was so enjoyable to be together as a big group but not feel like we were on top of each other. The resort pool/clubhouse was fun for the kids, they had plenty of umbrellas for shade and even though we didn't take advantage of it, I thought the covered barbecue pavilion at the clubhouse was such a thoughtful addition. The private pool at this house was definitely the best of both worlds, it was so convenient to have that access at any time (we were here in July, 100+ degree temps every day). We enjoyed a play at Tuacahn, a day trip to Zion, fireworks over Sand Hollow Reservoir, a lot of swimming, good food and plenty of relaxing. The homeowners and resort have really been thoughtful about making it as comfortable as possible even during extreme temps. The kitchen has everything you would need to cook and plenty of room to store all of your groceries. The large dining table was great for eating together and playing games/puzzles. I would highly recommend this home!

Amazing place to stay for a family vacation. We loved that the bunk beds had trundle pulls outs so 6 kids could sleep in the bunk room. Lots of kid friendly amenities. We loved the private pool and hot tub, but the kids also loved the clubhouse pool, lazy river, and splash pad area. The place looked amazing. It felt like staying in fancy hotel resort. We also loved the location so close to Zion National Park. We plan to stay here again.

This is a gorgeous property that is decorated very beautifully. It's wonderful that they have a private pool as well as the clubhouse and the amenities there. There is alot of good restaurants nearby and we love the proximity to Zion's national park.

This property was incredible. We came for a baseball tournament. The rooms are spacious and well furnished. Their taste of decorations is amazing. We felt right at home. I would stay there again and again.

I love the bold colors and design choices! It definitely feels like being on vacation. I appreciate the thoughtful attention to detail in function and design. Upscale enough for an amazing couples’ retreat but also great for families with included step stools, pack n play, kids dishes, bolted furniture, high chair, and more. Each room is uniquely and beautifully designed and each one has its own bathroom except 2, which have direct access right outside the door. There’s lots of great areas to gather and hang out: upstairs and downstairs both have a great living room area, outside near the fire pit and pool and the second floor balcony have an amazing view and are great places to hang out day or night. Kitchen is fully stocked and I was not wanting for anything, including basic herbs/spices and ziploc baggies. The laundry room is a great place to store extra clutter out of the way and 2 large shoe cubbies right by the front door are great for storing everyone’s shoes instead of tripping over them all week. There’s a large floor to ceiling cabinet that’s empty which was great to keep our groceries in. Hooks in all the bathrooms are super handy for hanging all the extra pool towels and swim suits. The club house and resort pool are a quick 2 minute walk. The clubhouse offers a pool table and foosball table, hang out area and workout room. The resort pool offers a giant fire pit conversation area (people were making smores one night we were there), grills and counter space for entertaining, pool and lazy river and a splash area with a water slide. It’s nice to have the option of the resort pool but super convenient to have the private pool and spa right there. Private pool has a cover which is nice for water safety and young kids and plenty of seating around the firepit. Garage fits 2 cars, which is nice because parking is a little limited. There is parking in designated stalls and on the road, but I can see how during peak times it might be hard to find a spot directly next to the unit. The location is great. It’s in a beautiful area surrounded by stunning red rock vistas. Quick drive to St. George and Zion National Park. Sand Hollow and Quail Creek reservoirs are super close. I will definitely stay here again.
