A+++ This trip exceeded our expectations, the listing is spot on and it's such a hidden gem in the Airbnb world. The place was spotless, the kitchen is beyond well equipped, the communication was superb. Check in instructions were detailed and to the point. We had no problem finding the place and were blown away when we arrived to such a beautiful view. The space felt safe and even with ongoing construction in the neighborhood it was quiet and not a nuisance. Our visit was in the winter but the house was equipped with more than enough blankets, an outdoor fire pit, an indoor fireplace and efficient heating. The hosts have thought of everything one might need whether it be one night or a week. The place is spacious, well thought out and provided a much needed getaway for our family of four. We enjoyed the putting green, had family game nights around the table and enjoyed watching movies by the fire. The beds are comfortable and and the place has been well kept. We appreciate the cleanliness of the space and the obvious effort that is put into giving the place a true resort vibe. We had to contact management for a couple of small things we couldn't figure out, our questions were answered in minutes and management was very polite. If you're looking to visit Zion it's a relatively short drive away and in terms of nearby places, we found 2 grocery stores just minutes away and even found a Target just 15 minutes away that allowed for drive up pickup for our order. We had a relaxing week at Red Rock and we look forward to coming back!

This house is stunning. If you are considering booking it, GO FOR IT. They have truly thought of everything down to the sticks for s’mores at the fire pit. The decor is amazing and it was the perfect retreat in the midst of an imperfect year.

Beautifully designed home with exceptional views. The home is well appointed and has all the amenities you would expect from a high-end home. The linens and towels were new and very clean. The beds are all high quality. The A/C system is top notch and dead quiet. We spent a fair amount of time in Snow Canyon Park - just a few minutes away by bike or car. This is a lovely home in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed our visit and would love to return and stay in this home again.

Breathtaking view. We will definitely be staying here again. We came with 5 adults and 1 child. The views are breathtaking. The home is clean, exquisite, and cozy. It was fun to see the occasional wild bunny hopping in the yard, as well as birds and chipmunks. The view of the stars at night from the hot tub was stunning. Snow canyon is just a few minutes away and is the perfect place to explore. We loved it!

Perfect stay. This was the first trip my husband and I took since Covid hit. We met up with one other couple. It was comfortable. The kitchen was amazingly equipped for the two chefs in our party. There is an outdoor fire pit with a view to the red rocks and comfy blankets to help keep warm. Highly recommend.

Postcard setting in Red Rocks of St George. The home was immaculately clean, tidy, and ordered. Loved the location! Perfect view of the Red Rocks just before Snow Canyon. We had plenty of room to spread out and relax. The pool and hot tub was minute walk away. The home is in a great location to explore (biking, hiking or running). My wife and I look forward returning!

The pictures don’t do this home justice! It is truly in pristine condition, beautifully decorated, and was abundantly stocked with every necessity we could need for our week long stay. The kitchen was more stocked than I could have imagined. We loved using the Keurig (and provided coffee/hot chocolate k-cups), air fryer, regular coffee maker, and toaster. There were more than enough plates, cups, and utensils (glass and plastic) which made this very family friendly! Even had sippy cups which we didn’t need. Full size washer dryer, dishwasher, and oven worked well. The beds were very comfortable and I’m picky!! Showers had great water pressure and amazing smelling Tea Tree Shampoo products which were really wonderful bonuses to include. The backyard was our favorite place to be, with the putting green and fire pit and cozy glider furniture. The mountains in the backyard are truly magnificent. Check in / out was a breeze. Communication was fast within minutes for any questions or concerns. Pool and fitness center were also well maintained. Located minutes from Tuacahn, Snow Canyon, Pioneer Park, and a short drive to Zion. This was the best vacation we have ever had, and we are so grateful to have had this beautiful home to enjoy. We plan to stay here whenever we visit southern Utah again! Thank you to the owners for giving us a slice of heaven, and to Red Rock vacation rentals for being so attentive and helpful. Wouldn’t change a thing!!

Our house in Encanto (#13, Ivins/St. George) was GREAT! We really enjoyed the stay. The location was just down the street from beautiful hikes, bike/walking paths, coffee shops, and more. The views from the backyard are stunning! We spent most of the time sitting outside around the fire pit. The house is appointed well, with thoughtful consideration to all the renters’ needs; fully stocked with nice appliances, utensils, toiletries, bedding, etc. Can’t say enough good things about it. We will definitely be back soon!

The space is as beautiful as the pictures but the views are actually better in person. The third room has two well-built bunk beds that are great for the kiddos and even adults in the larger ones. The property's proximity to Snow Canyon is a huge plus as it's 5 minutes down the road and has multiple hikes and canyons to explore. Zion is a day trip but Zion would be a day trip anyway. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend it.

We had the most incredible Christmas week in Ivins and it was all thanks to this beautiful home and the fantastic Red Rock Management Group. The home itself is a gem – thoughtfully designed, well-appointed and filled with warmth. It served as the perfect base for our adventures, especially being so close to Zion National Park. The nearby hiking trails allowed us to explore the stunning black & red rock landscapes and returning to the cozy ambiance of the house was a joy. The kitchen was a highlight, fully equipped for our holiday cooking endeavors. It truly felt like a home away from home. Special thanks to the hosts for their attention to detail and hospitality. Our stay wouldn't have been the same without their lovely home. Overall, our Christmas in Ivins was magical and this home played a significant role in making it so. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect retreat in the black & red rock beauty of Utah.

My family stayed here for 5 days while visiting Zion. The house was so nice and peaceful it made the hour ride to the park well worth it. We loved the saltwater pool and were the only people there almost everyday. Red rocks was amazing, we had an issue with the internet and they sent someone out right away to fix it. I cannot recommend this beautiful house enough.

We travel frequently and this is one of the most beautiful places we have ever stayed. The insane views from the living room are just breathtaking. Pool/hot tub was so close and easily accessible- the kitchen had everything you could want or need to cook a full dinner and we did multiple times. We also used the grill and firepit which worked easily and seamlessly. The rental managers were SO responsive and always friendly. They helped us figure out the fire pit :) and extended our stay one night so easily- mostly through text and a brief phone call, we definitely felt they were supportive and helpful. This was one of our top Airbnb experiences anywhere. We are already hoping to book this rental again next year. Do not hesitate, it’s so worth it.

This house was perfect for celebrating my daughter's birthday and we enjoyed the space so much. The views of Snow Canyon are amazing and we loved the clubhouse, pool, and pickleball, as well as walking to Red Mountain Resort for the restaurant and spa. Snow Canyon had amazing hikes! The host was very helpful when we forgot a sentimental item and we truly appreciate the great customer service they provided. Would definitely stay here again!!

What’s not to love. There aren’t enough superlatives to describe how much we loved this property. It’s almost embarrassing how luxurious it was to us. We are just middle-class people, but decided to feel like highrollers for a change. It was worth every penny even though all we really did was sleep there. We could imagine our selves living in the house and it makes us want to come back and visit again. The decor was impeccable And everything worked perfectly.

The house was beautiful and comfortable. It was in a great location, right next to Red Mountain resort. Convenient for using their spa. Great hiking and sight seeing. A truly special home.. two doors from the pool and hot tub, privately located backing up to the expansive lava flow from Snow Canyon State Park.. unobstructed views of sunrise/sunset amber light on the red rock formations behind the home.. amazing inside design, super cool elegant bunk room.. two masters.. and the location close to Snow Canyon State Park put it over the top !

This place is perfect! The decor is outstanding. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. The location was great and views are to die for! We were there on a busier weekend and it was so nice not to have a crowded pool. At the most there was only one other family there with us. So you feel like you have a private pool. The clubhouse is beautiful and has an awesome gym. This place was great and we will definitely be back!

The house is as good as it looks online. The nice surprise for us was that the property backs up to Snow Canyon State Park. We couldn't have been any closer to hiking! We spent much of our time on the back patio enjoying the view during the day or cuddling by the fire at night. Couldn't have been a better experience.
